轴式吊耳处筒体局部应力的计算,本来不打算写的。但是发现还是有不少人不是很明白,输入的有这样那样的问题,输入结果也只是看软件提示的过还是不过;而且HG/T 21574推荐的轴耳处筒体厚度也过厚还是很多人有需求的。就说一下:

如果没有吊装过程计算,那么就考虑两种状态设备水平和设备竖直状态。如果有吊装过程逐个角度的载荷就取最大值所在角度计算。理论上来说通常是设备水平刚起吊的时候轴式吊耳处的筒体局部应力最大,设备竖直状态时轴式吊耳本身最危险。本文不讨论轴式吊耳本体的计算,只说一下轴式吊耳处筒体的局部应力计算的输入和结果判断。

This paper does not discuss the calculation of the shaft lifting lug body, but only the input and result judgment of the local stress calculation of the cylinder at the shaft lifting lug.
