起重作业中,由于重物的外观形状千变万化,体态各异,起重手段及机械设备也不相同,因此,对重物进行捆绑起吊时,捆绑方法就不一样。

1. 兜绳捆绑法
1. Bag rope binding method
将吊索从重物底部穿过,绳头挂在吊钩上的捆绑方法,即兜绳捆绑法。该方法适用于装箱设备、外形比较规则设备等的捆绑。
The binding method of passing the sling through the bottom of the load and hanging the rope end on the hook is called pocket rope binding method. This method is applicable to the binding of boxed equipment and equipment with regular shape.
当有一对吊索时,将该对绳的四个绳头挂在吊钩上,将绳中段兜于重物两端底部。若重物起吊时弹性变形较大如钢筋等,需将每根绳的中间在重物上绕一个空圈兜住重物,以增加吊索与重物间的摩擦力,避免吊索在物体上滑动。

If the elastic deformation of the heavy object is large, such as reinforcement, etc., it is necessary to wrap an empty circle around the weight in the middle of each rope to increase the friction between the sling and the weight and avoid the sling sliding on the object.
当仅有一根吊索时,把绳子中间和两头分别挂在吊钩上,用垂下来的两个大小相等的绳圈兜挂重物。使用单绳兜挂捆绑重物时,应将吊索的中间在吊钩上绕一个空圈,否则易滑绳。
When there is only one sling, hang the middle and two ends of the rope on the hook respectively, and hang the weight with two loops of equal size hanging down. When a single rope pocket is used to hang and bind heavy objects, an empty circle should be wound around the middle of the sling on the hook, otherwise the rope is easy to slip.
