Use method of rotating lifting ring of sling
1. The main ring used to form chain slings, wire rope slings and fiber slings should be long ring, and other occasions can use round ring.
2. The connecting ring must be a long ring.
3. For reuse of lifting rings with scars or significant corrosion, the static tension test must be carried out according to Article 8.2 of GB14736.
4. It is not allowed to re-use the defective lifting ring after welding repair.
5. Lifting rings without marks shall not be used without confirmation.
6. The lifting rings on the assembly parts of lifting rigging shall be inspected regularly according to the requirements of the assembly parts.
7. The ring diameter of the connecting ring connected to the chain must be greater than the chain diameter.
8. The number of chains and cables directly connected with a single lifting ring shall not be more than three, four, and the connection between the cable and the main ring.
9. It is not allowed to correct the twisted lifting ring by hammering.
10. Do not throw lifting rings.
11. Do not pull the lifting ring from under the load or let the load roll on the lifting ring.
12. Shackles are not allowed to replace connecting rings.
13. The connecting link in the loading and unloading tool shall be replaced on site, and the assembled connecting link is allowed to be used.
